Bacon Wrapped Dates
The combination of sweet, salty, and fatty is incredibly satisfying! These bacon wrapped stuffed dates are always a crowd pleasing appetizer. You can choose to stuff them with goat cheese, blue cheese, or almond butter. They all taste delicious but goat cheese is my favorite.
- 20 dates
- goat cheese, blue cheese, or almond butter
Preheat oven to 4250F.
Remove pits from dates and cut a slit on one side, making it look like a hotdog bun.
Stuff each date with a teaspoon of your filling of choice.
Slice bacon into 2-inch pieces and wrap around the stuffed date.
Place dates in a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Once done, allow to cool and serve immediately or at room temperature.
